Custom Cakes

Q: Custom Cakes are not available to order online at my Colemans location, can I still get cakes at my preferred location?

A: Some Colemans locations can take custom order cakes by email or phone. Please call you preferred location for further information.

Q: I placed my custom cake order online but now I need to make changes, how do I proceed?

A: Once your cake order is submitted you are no longer able to alter your order online. Please call the Bakery Department of the Colemans location you placed your cake order for to make any necessary changes.

Q: How far in advance can I order my custom cake?

A: Online custom cake orders can be placed one week in advance of pickup date. If you would like to place an order further then one week in advance for a custom cake, please call the Bakery Department of your desired Colemans location.

Q: I did not receive my confirmation email after placing my custom cake order?

A: Please allow up to 10 minutes for the confirmation email to arrive. If after 10 minutes you still have not received your confirmation email then please check your Junk and/or Spam folder. If your email still has not arrived please call the Bakery Department of the Colemans location you placed your order to confirm the order has been received.

Q: How do I upload my image for a custom photo cake?

A: Once your order is placed for a Custom Photo cake, you will receive an email with instructions on how to upload your image.
